Dr. George R. Blumenschein, Jr. is a Professor of Medicine in the Department of Thoracic/Head & Neck Medical Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. He has authored or co-authored numerous papers and book chapters regarding the management of lung and head and neck cancers. He is leading the adoptive T-cell program with the goal of developing this class of therapeutics for treating lung and head & neck cancers, and serves as the Principal Investigator for multiple clinical trials.
