Dr. HUANG Hongwei, aged 56, is our founder, the chairman of the Board, executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He served as a Chief Executive Officer since June 2015, with full responsibilities for the Company’s strategy and operations.

Dr. HUANG has accumulated approximately 25 years of experience in management. From 1991 to 1993, he served as manager of the Supply Department at Shenzhen Southern Pharmaceutical Factory, the predecessor of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. , a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000999.SZ). From 1993 to 1996, he served as the deputy general manager of Shenzhen Jiuhui Industrial Co., Ltd. , a controlled affiliate of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. From 1996 to 1999, he served successively as the deputy general manager and general manager of Shenzhen Sanjiu Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. , an affiliated entity within the Sanjiu Enterprise Group.

From 1998 to 2000, Dr. HUANG concurrently served as a director, deputy general manager and the Secretary to the Board of Yichun Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. , the predecessor of Sanjiu Yigong Biochemistry Co., Ltd. , a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000403.SZ). From 2000 to 2008, he successively served as a director, deputy general manager, Secretary to the Board and general manager of Sanjiu Yigong Biochemistry Co., Ltd.

Dr. HUANG obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management from Fudan University in 1991. He was awarded a master’s degree in Business administration from Fudan University in 1999, and a doctoral degree in Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong in 2022. He obtained the Chartered International Financial Analyst qualification issued by the CFA institute in September 2012.
